FIELD HOCKEY> Head Field Hockey and Lacrosse Coach Sharon Goldbrenner Pfluger ’82 should notch her 1,000th career combined victory this fall.
Football> The recent expansion of the New Jersey Athletic Conference means the Lions will face several new foes this fall, including Wesley College, which was ranked as high as fourth in the nation and made it to the NCAA semifinals last season. The Wolverines are scheduled to visit Lions Stadium on Oct. 10 at noon.
WOMEN’S TENNIS> The women’s tennis team will seek to continue its domination of NJAC foes when conference play gets underway in September. The program’s conference winning streak stands at 159 matches, dating back to 1982, when the NJAC began sponsoring women’s tennis.
